The FIFA Official Store is committed to providing fans with high-quality gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized jerseys and memorabilia are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
